1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern your access to and use of the c44km online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://c44km.net and any associated mobile-optimised versions of the same service (collectively, "the Platform", "c44km", or "the Service").

By creating an account on c44km, by depositing funds into your c44km account, by placing any bet or wager, or by accessing any game or feature available on the Platform, you conclusively confirm that you:

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent revision took effect.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the c44km Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on c44km and to use any feature of the Platform, including free-play demo games. c44km operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance held in the account will be forfeited in full in accordance with applicable policy.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 Single Account Policy

Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or under a false identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts. 2.4 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on c44km under any circumstances:

• Persons under 18 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from c44km or any other gambling platform and whose exclusion period has not yet expired;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of c44km or its software and payment partners, or immediate family members of the same;
• Persons acting as agents, proxies, or nominees for any other individual for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
• Persons whose accounts have been previously closed by c44km for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of c44km services — including real-money games, sports betting, and financial transactions — you are required to register a personal account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information at a minimum:

• A valid and active email address that you own and control;

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal above ৳50,000 is processed. c44km also reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at the time of registration, prior to any withdrawal regardless of amount, or in response to account activity that triggers an internal review. Acceptable documents include:

• Driving licence (where applicable);

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on c44km — including deposits into your casino wallet and withdrawals to your personal payment accounts — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). c44km does not impose any platform-side fee on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees charged by your mobile financial service provider (such as bKash or Nagad) or your bank are outside c44km's control and are your responsibility.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

c44km currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount varies by method, with bKash and Nagad set at ৳100 and bank card deposits at ৳1,000. 4.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your c44km wallet in real time or near real time for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). If a deposit is not reflected in your wallet within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed on your payment provider's side, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number. c44km will not credit your account based on unverified claims of deposit — a valid transaction reference must be provided. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being flagged for review.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering Obligations

c44km is committed to the prevention of money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored for suspicious activity. c44km reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into any account and to suspend account activity pending that review. Any deposit or withdrawal that is suspected to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law, and the associated account will be permanently closed with all balances withheld pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for c44km deposit match bonuses is 25x the combined deposit and bonus amount. 5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account unless the specific promotion states a shorter or longer validity period. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus funds and winnings voided, and the account may be permanently closed at c44km's sole discretion.

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

c44km reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time and without prior notice, if c44km determines that the promotion has been compromised by technical error, fraud, or circumstances outside c44km's reasonable control. In such cases, c44km's decision is final.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on c44km are operated in accordance with the rules and technical specifications of the respective game or market provider. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules, which are accessible within each game interface on the Platform.

6.1 Random Number Generators

All slot games and virtual table games on the c44km Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price and the correct market price due to a technical error, c44km reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Live in-play betting is offered subject to live data feeds from approved sports data providers; delays in data transmission do not constitute grounds for a bet to be voided unless the error is material to the outcome.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c44km, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if c44km has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 Service Availability

c44km aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant or guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, third-party network failures (including those of bKash, Nagad, and other payment providers), and force majeure events — including natural disasters, civil unrest, epidemics, or government actions — may result in temporary service interruptions. c44km accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.

8.2 Third-Party Content and Services

The c44km Platform incorporates third-party game content, sports data, and payment processing services. c44km is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or continued availability of such third-party services. In the event that a third-party game provider or data supplier introduces an error that affects game outcomes or displayed odds, c44km's sole obligation is to void affected bets and return stakes as set out in Section 6.3 of these Terms.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

In any event where c44km is found liable to a registered user for direct damages, the maximum aggregate liability of c44km to that user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user to their c44km account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting c44km support at [email protected]. c44km will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules before any litigation is commenced. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with c44km's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and c44km with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
